Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to include in your return.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@history-collectors.com with your order number and request. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 805 Vine Street #17; Niagara, WI 54151
If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for purchasing a return shipping label and a 1% restocking fee.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like New Old Stock (NOS) items that were removed by you from original packaging. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item at info@history-collectors.com
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from third party sale items given as a gift or gift cards. Only returns by original purchaser will be accepted with our return parameters.
Exchanges
In most cases, history-collectors.com sells one of a kind items that do not allow us to exchange one item for another exact replacement. In very rare circumstances, we do have multiples of the same item - typically NOS type items - that may allow us to conduct an exchange but in most cases, a simple return / refund transaction will take place. Please note, all photos in the Collections Sections are of the very item you will receive at purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
