Terms of Service for Enigma Ephemera Mystery Pack

1. Agreement: This Terms of Service agreement (the "Agreement") governs the use of the Enigma Ephemera Mystery Pack service (the "Service") provided by History-Collectors.com ("Company," "We," or "Us"). By using the Service, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility: Buyers must be of legal age in their jurisdiction to purchase.

3. Non-Subscription: Users can purchase the Enigma Ephemera Mystery Pack as an at-will purchase by using the shopping cart. Buyer Purchase is not a subscription and is non-recurring.

4. Receipt and Review: Buyers will receive a Mystery Pack containing various ephemera items. Buyers have a 14 day period to review the items and decide if they would like to return the entire lot for a refund. Click here for refund policy

5. Returns: Returns accepted for 14 days after delivery and must include all items in the lot in same condition as received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping plus a 1% restocking fee. Click here for full refund policy.

6. Buyer Content: Buyers may provide feedback, reviews, or comments about the Service. By submitting such content, Buyers grant History-Collectors.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content.

7. Privacy Policy: Buyers' personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this Agreement.

8. Termination: History-Collectos.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend a Buyers' access to the Service at its discretion, with or without cause.

9. Disclaimers: The Service is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. History-Collectors.com is responsible for curating the Mystery Pack but not responsible for Buyer likes and dislikes of items.

10. Liability: History-Collectors.com liability is limited to the amount paid by the Buyer for the items. In no event shall History-Collectors.com be liable for any indirect, inconsequential, or incidental damages. This includes hurt feelings if receiving controversial or taboo items.

11. Jurisdiction: This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States.

12. Modifications: History-Collectors.com may modify this Agreement and specifications of the Enigma Ephemera Mystery Pack at any time.

13. Accuracy: While I Have Made Every Effort To Ensure The accuracy of the Information Presented, I Cannot Guarantee That It Is Free From Errors.
