"Dear Sir:

In the case of Paterson v. Empire State Surety Co., et al., Doc. 112 No. 335, besides rejecting the liens of Havens & Co. and Amer. Elec. Co. filed too late, I rejected the following items from other liens:

1. Barker Bros. Co. item Aug 22, 20¢ - no delivery proved.
2. Patton-Bowman Hdw. Co.:
17 doors - $6.50 """
Wheel barrow - 4.25 6/16 not subject to lien
1 keg 8 nails - 2.60 6/13, delivered 24 & mason
16 6½ et sash - 2.08 """

3. Platten Lumber Co. 1 oak door for vestibule - no delivery proved.

With these exceptions, the liens will be allowed in full, with interest and filing fees. As to Lankford lien, see Blanchard v. Fried, 162 Ill. 462. As to Patton-Bowman Hdw. Co. lien, see Guion v. Ryckman, 77 Neb. 834. Judgment for Jeff v. Akers. Exceptions as desired 40¢. Counsel for lienors will prepare journal entry and submit same to counsel for Jeff before presenting for signature.
