In Very Good Vintage Condition - Unmounted, Trimmed Edges, Toning Due To Age And History-Collectors Watermarked That Is Not On The Clipping.
This 1929 Photograph Print Clipping Depicting The Edinburgh And Glasgow Express Operated By The London And North Eastern Railway (L.N.E.R.). The Image Features Two North British 4-4-0 Steam Locomotives, Numbered 9412 And 9436, Hauling A Passenger Train. These Engines Were Originally Built For The North British Railway Prior To Its 1923 Absorption Into The L.N.E.R. The 4-4-0 Wheel Arrangement Was Standard For Express Services During This Period.
