In Good Vintage Condition - Unused, Unposted, Curling, Staining, Paper Toning Due To Age And History-Collectors Watermarked That Is Not On Postcard.
Real Photo Postcard Depicting A Historical Illustration Of Fort Bridger, Located In Present-Day Wyoming. Originally Established In 1843 By Jim Bridger And Louis Vasquez As A Trading Post, Fort Bridger Later Became A U.S. Army Outpost In 1858. It Served As A Key Resupply Point Along The Oregon, California, And Mormon Trails. This Postcard Features A Detailed Bird’s-Eye Aerial View Of The Fort With Period Structures, Horse-Drawn Wagons, And Surrounding Buildings. The Back Features An EKC Stamp Box Is Credited To Sanborn, Numbered X-968, As A Cataloged Series.
