Produced By Graycraft Card Co., Danville, Virginia, The Image Shows Curtiss P-40 Warhawks, Identifiable By Their Distinctive Fuselage And Tail Design, Flying In Formation Above Cloud Cover With A City Grid Below Taken By An Official U.S. Navy Photograph. The Term "Pursuit Planes" Was Officially Used By The U.S. Military Until 1942.
