Real Photo Postcard Featuring Missouri & Arkansas Railway Locomotive No. 14 - A 2-6-0 "Mogul" Type Steam Engine Built By Baldwin Locomotive Works. It Operated In The Early 20th Century, Serving The Missouri & North Arkansas Railroad, Which Later Became The Missouri & Arkansas Railway. This Engine Was Used Primarily For Freight And Mixed Traffic On The Line's Mountainous Routes. The Railway Ceased Operations In 1946 Due To Financial Difficulties And Line Abandonment. This Real Photo Postcard Captures Locomotive No. 14 During Its Operational Years, Providing A Visual Record Of A Small Regional Railroad That Played A Role In Ozarks Transportation History.
In Good Vintage Condition - Unused, Unposted, Collector Identified Writing On Reverse, Curling, Staining, Paper Toning Due To Age And History-Collectors Watermarked That Is Not On Postcard. Measures Approx. 5-3/8" Wide by 3-1/2" Tall.
